SARA Duterte for President Movement

MY MAN

By Mark Lopez
There are those who are blinded by hate and rage for this man, not because they know him, but because they actually don't.
They hate only because they were conned, deceived, and misled by insidious forces who were yanked out of power because people were fed up with their incompetence, greed, and corrupt ways.
They hate this Man because he is an outlier in their elitist, hypocritical world.
They hate him because he unmasked the duplicity and grand alliance of the oligarchy, church, communists, and yellow disente leeches who were out there abusing and milking us for what we are worth, and dumbing us down so we cannot rise up and free ourselves from their stranglehold.
And as easy as they pick on him, and portraying him to the whole world as a brash, uncouth, simpleton probinsyano who does not have what it really takes to govern, they are discombobulated by the fact that the man has an overwhelming support from his own people.
Why?
Because this Man is not just anybody. He is in fact, a once-in-a-generation kind of leader, unparalleled in having a sincere kind of empathy and understanding of our personal sentiment and aspiration.
They will never understand why we revere this Man in the same way that they are so clueless of our rage against their brand of democracy and leadership that laid to waste our land in the last 3 decades.
They will never, ever get it.
No, they will never appreciate the magnificence, wisdom, and sincerity of this Man because they only have eyes on one prize - POWER.
But unfortunately for them, this Man has shattered their delusion, and destroyed their pretenses, by not being the fake statesman or prim and proper but phony president that they were used to having and manipulating.
Because this Man is not among them but is wholeheartedly amongst us, the Filipino people.
He did not promise us the moon.
But he is providing the opportunity, and the best chance for all of us, and our children, to simply have a better and brighter tomorrow.
Rodrigo Roa Duterte. My Man.

General Santos City lone District

Duterte signs law making GenSan separate district

By Azer Parrocha - March 20, 2019, 3:38 pm
MANILA -- President Rodrigo R. Duterte has signed into law a bill creating the lone legislative district of General Santos City in the province of South Cotabato.
Duterte signed Republic Act 11243 on March 11 and a copy of which was released to media on Wednesday (March 20).

Under the law, “The First Legislative District of the Province of South Cotabato is hereby reapportioned in order to create the Lone Legislative District of General Santos City to commence in the next national and local elections after the effectivity of this Act.”
General Santos City is currently part of the province’s first district. The new law, however, established General Santos as the third district.
The legislative districts of South Cotabato will now be composed of:
(a) First Legislative District
(1) Polomolok
(2) Tampakan
(3) Tupi
(b) Second Legislative District
(1) Koronadal City
(2) Banga
(3) Lake Sebu
(4) Norala
(5) Santo NiƱo
(6) Surallah
(7) Tantangan
(8) T’Boli
(c) Third Legislative District
(1) General Santos City
The new law states that “the incumbent Representatives of the present First and Second Legislative Districts of the Province of South Cotabato shall continue to represent the districts until the new Representatives shall have been elected and qualified.”
Moreover, “the Commission on Elections shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Act within 30 days after its effectivity”.
General Santos is the Philippines’ southernmost city, classified as a highly urbanized first-class city and the 15th most populous city in the country with 594,446 inhabitants as per 2015 census, according to the Philippine Information Agency.
This act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on May 2, 2017, amended by the Senate on Sept. 3, 2018 and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on Jan. 29, 2019. (PNA)

My Prayer

Almighty, God, our Father in heaven, hear your humble servant. It is only You who knows who I am. From the moment I was born or yet in the womb of my mother. I could not have wished to be born but your love has breathed into my life this gift of temporal existence.
You have given me a soul without stain but the world that surrounds my life has molded me to what I am now, a poor, despised sinner.  I have learned to care for the people I serve in the most possible way I can because you once were a leader of a service. I have done it for these long years and I know it was years well-spent, a cherished memory to remember when I retire.
But again the deafening clamors and wailing of your people have reached my ears disturbing my spirit that might have consigned to serenity.  They urged me to lead them out from the quagmire of criminality, corruption, and inequality.  My lips say, no, but their overwhelming cry has conquered again and enslaved my heart and dragged it front line to the place of battle.  Ever-living God, If it is your will,  I will follow. Only give me the strength and the wisdom to serve my people.

Make me an instrument of peace between my warring Moro  brothers and the NPAs because we need to unite our countrymen.  Show us the common ground where we can shake hands and embrace  the climate of peace.  Help me to make this country a land of honey and prosperity.

Then my weary soul can rest because my soul is made for you and it will never rest until it rests in You.

Duterte Presidency 2016

September 26, 2015 people gathered at the Quirino Grandstand to urge Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to run for the presidency 2016. But Duterte keep on denying that he will run.  Is this the end of a wild dream, a change in the government, that the people are clamoring for?

The wild dream is that Duterte could make the Philippines a better country just what he did in Davao City being the 9th safest city in the world to live with lesser criminality, less corruption in government, and where residents are more disciplined on smoking ban,  garbage disposal, traffic obedience, among others.

Duterte also espouses federalism to change from the current Philippine unitary system.  Federalism can be one way of absorbing Moro rebellion problem in Mindanao. In federalism Moro culture can have its way. Federalism also distributes power and responsibilities to the regions from the monopoly of imperial Manila.

We are free to dream.  Filipinos can dream dreams and work for it even without Duterte but at this point in time for me he is the best bet for the presidency 2016.

Polomolok officials can give recognition to these boxers who are in its yard and give them moral support. Who knows that from this rich city-to be municipality will rise a world boxer, the like of Donaire and Pacquiao.

Looking at Ferdinand E. Marcos On Othert Angle

Ferdinand E. Marcos

When I look at the picture of the man, right away I associate him with the evil of martial law, human rights violations, and the sufferings of the Filipino people during the Marcos rule.  My mind is blanketed by negative impressions that I won't listen to the reason of Marcos sympathizers. I look down on those who try to defend a tyrant. He was the reason why I marched on the streets.

But try to look at Marcos from the different angle.  Is he all that evil? Church people and those defenders of different beliefs would agree that a child is born to the world free of the stain of sin.  It is a society that molds a person into what he becomes.  Has Marcos the monopoly of evil?

The following website can give some insights on this man from another angle; http://chrisbonoan.blogspot.com/2013/06/ferdinand-e-marcos-revolution-from.html

The Players of history.

History, though it is commonly defined as the story of man, is not the story of man the individual, but man the collective , that is, associated man. Without society there can be no history and there are no societies without men,. History must focus principally on the anonymous masses of individual and of the social forces generated by their collective lives and struggles.

Man alone, man the individual could never have become human except in association with other men. Man interacts with nature and with other men through the intervening reality of society. Without society he would have remained like other animals, unable to consciously change his environment or himself.

It was in cooperative work that men first become human and this cooperative effort is what produced society. But cooperative is an exigency of struggle against nature and against social forces. Men must work together to fight natural or social forces stronger than the individual selves.

Struggle is therefore the essence of life, whether of an individual or a society. An individual has no history apart from society, and society is the historical product of people in struggle.

Human society is the cause and the result of people in motion and in constant struggle to realize the human potential , for the human being is the only species that has unlimited possibilities for development.

History, then, is the recorded struggle of people’s forever increasing freedom and for newer and higher realizations of the human person. But the struggle is a collective one and as such involves the mass of human beings who are therefore the motivators of change and of history.

History is not merely a chronology of events. It is not the story of heroes and great men. Essentially, history consists of the people’s efforts to attain a better life. The common people possess the capacity to make history. In fact, the historic initiative of the masses has time and again produced social cataclysms that have changed the world.

The various changes in society and the upward climb of civilization could not have been possible without the people playing definite and irreplaceable roles in each epoch .

The individuals who made history colorful could not have made history without the people. Supermen may exist in romantic minds or among those who persist in the primitive practice of deifying men; but no supermen exist, only leaders who became great because they were working with and for the people.
