The wild dream is that Duterte could make the Philippines a better country just what he did in Davao City being the 9th safest city in the world to live with lesser criminality, less corruption in government, and where residents are more disciplined on smoking ban, garbage disposal, traffic obedience, among others.
Duterte also espouses federalism to change from the current Philippine unitary system. Federalism can be one way of absorbing Moro rebellion problem in Mindanao. In federalism Moro culture can have its way. Federalism also distributes power and responsibilities to the regions from the monopoly of imperial Manila.
We are free to dream. Filipinos can dream dreams and work for it even without Duterte but at this point in time for me he is the best bet for the presidency 2016.
